A Drink For Mum And A Drink For Miss A
Do you ever feel like you would rather have a liquid meal over solids? I must be a bit dehydrated yet hungry today and the quickest way to fix both those problems at once is to make a smoothie.
A Drink For Mum:
- 1x banana
- half a dozen cubes of frozen mango
- 400ml of coconut milk
Blitz together to make a refreshing smoothie. If I was out on the go and heading out I would have put my smoothie in a Sinchies Reusable Pouch.
A Drink For Miss A:
- 6-12 slices of Peach (tinned/container- or a full fresh peach pealed)
- 1/2 a frozen banana
- 1/3 cup oats
Blitz together to make a smoothie drink. Pour into Sinchies Reusable Pouches with the Sip’n Lids attached to the nozzle ready for drinking.
