Interactive Books For Toddlers
We have a few books in our home that get read a lot over and over again. They are books that Miss A either brings to us to read, or ones that we get out and she gets really excited about.
Here are 5 of our favourites:
The Wonky Donkey
An award winning children’s book. The Wonky Donkey is a repetitive book that adds to the story line each page. “I was walking down the road and I saw…..a donkey, Hee Haw!”
Dear Zoo
This is a ‘lift the flap’ book to discover what animals the zoo has sent to find the perfect pet. A great interactive book for little fingers to discover whats under the flap.
Cheep Cheep!
This is a book we have read a million times. Miss A loves this book, bringing it to us every day multiple times to be read. A touch and feel book filled with different animals teaching her their names and the sounds they make.
Baah Baah!
Another book we have read a million times. A touch and feel book filled with different animals teaching their names and the sounds they make.
Peekaboo!
The suspense of waiting to see what will be behind the flap in the book excites Miss A and makes her smile and cheer when we reveal the animal inside. This book really helps keep her happy when we have to change her nappy (if there are two of us around).
