Snack Time- English Muffin

We are off to our daughters first AFL game today. Greater Western Sydney Giants Vs Collingwood Magpies. So we are looking at what easy food we can take her while we are out. I have gone the easy option for some foods as I don’t have anything homemade food made for her lunch.

We have packed in case:

  • A couple packets of Rafferty’s Garden pouches and our Sinchies Sip’n Lids so she can feed herself without too much mess
  • Rusks
  • Water in a sippy cup
  • English muffin
  • Homemade Zucchini and tomato quiche ( recipe to coming soon in a blog)

English Muffins With Peanut Butter

Ingredients:

  • English muffin
  • Peanut butter
  • Nuttelex (an alternative to butter or margarine)

Reusable Sandwich Bags

These will make an easy tasty snack for her to chew and sucks on while the game is on.

Now this is not expert advice so if you have any concerns always check with your doctor before giving anything to your child- Especially with peanut butter and allergies.
